Keeping the details in a row is our mandate. And we have
a sad memorial service when even one detail goes missing.
We have crafted our process to ensure the experience is
always a pleasure, and never a burden. To do this we
always steer the strategy-ship according to our
established process; even when accomplishing the
most basic tasks. Quite frankly, we really hate losing
ducks.

Like a good physician, we want to make sure the proper

Diagnosis always begins as prescription-neutral.
3. Prescribe
The anticipated part of the journey where ideas are
revealed and a plan begins to execute. In this phase
we ensure all aspects of the strategy are properly
addressed so we can minimize unwanted downstream
surprises. It is where solutions are put to work.
The goal of this phase is to execute reliable
on-going solutions that deliver measurable success.
4. Evaluate
Assessment is critical with any strategy: recognizing
early that which requires improvement. It means
identifying additional needs and responding to
on-going change; thus ensuring a relevant and
enduring strategic solution is at work for you.
