After a regional call for proposals, Premier Studios has been selected to execute a website initiative for the
Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber). The agency will be responsible for designing and developing appealing and user-friendly site(s) that clearly brand the organization and its individual initiatives.
Building a new website was a top priority for Chamber senior vice president and chief marketing officer,
Melea McRae, who joined The Chamber earlier this year.
“We have a number of audiences with whom we communicate — first and foremost, our members,” said McRae. “A dynamic and effective website is essential. We selected Premier Studios based on their expertise in our desired content management system and a thorough understanding of the needs of nonprofit organizations. We were impressed by their experience in making complex sites function well AND look good, and we are excited to begin this project with them.”
“We are honored to work with the Greater Kansas City Chamber, an organization that has been bringing businesses together for 125 years,” said
Heather Knight, executive director, brand development, Premier Studios. “We look forward to working with Chamber leadership to create an online presence that accurately represents its constituents and reflects the important work it is doing.”
The Chamber’s mission is to help build a vibrant and prosperous regional community and to assist its members in becoming smarter, more visible and better connected.
Founded in 1887, the Chamber has as its members more than 2,500 businesses, civic organizations and nonprofits. Known for being an economic powerhouse in the region, The Chamber was recognized as Missouri’s 2011 Chamber of the year for its advocacy, innovation and economic development.
